Do you hire fully remote?+

No. We do not hire fully remote. Every role is onsite from our office, and each opening states its location.

How long does the hiring process take?+

Most candidates go from first conversation to offer within two to three weeks. We move faster when you need us to.

Do candidates take the AuraSync assessment?+

Yes, we use our own product as part of a structured process. It informs the conversation; it never replaces a human decision, and you always get to see what it said about you.

Do you hire interns or new graduates?+
